VINIFICATION AND AGEING

VISUAL ANALYSIS
|
Pale yellow colour with gold reflections.
Continuous and long lasting bubbling. Crown formation in appropriate glass.

SMELL ANALYSIS
|
Intense and long lasting scents due to ageing process. With slight smells of cake shop and dried frutis. It has nuances from the variety bringing a touch of apricot and peach jellies.

TASTE ANALYSIS
|
A slight spritz is felt on the palate from the well integrated fizz; it makes this wine more palatable.
It is mild on the palate, with sligiht flavour of dried fruits. Marked after taste and long persistance.
