VINIFICATION AND AGEING Saigné from de-stemmed Merlot grapes
8-hour maceration.
Fermentation during 10 days at 15º - 16º C.
VISUAL ANALYSIS Intense pink colour, with a bright surface.
SMELL ANALYSIS Moderate intensity aroma, with slight scents of red fruits.
TASTE ANALYSIS Good entry, lively, with a good aroma on the palate and marked, moderately persistant after taste.
GASTRONOMY It is suitable for starters, smoked food and anchovies, rice and pasta, meat and fish.
Perfect as an aperitif wine.
Especially suitable for simply cooked fish and seafood.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE 8 - 10º C
ALCOHOL DEGREE 12.5 % Vol.
