Varieties 100 % Xarel·lo (called pansa blanca too)
 
VINIFICATION AND AGEING 6-hour maceration.
Fermentation during 10 days at 15º C.
VISUAL ANALYSIS Pale wine with a bright surface and greenish yellow reflections.

SMELL ANALYSIS Fine fruity aroma, typical for the Xarelo variety
TASTE ANALYSIS Pleasant and fresh on the palate.
Good balance acidity-tannins.
Marked and long lasting after taste.
GASTRONOMY Typical gastronomy for young, light-bodied white wines
Especially suitable for simply cooked fish and seafood.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE 7 - 8ºC
