ROURA RED COUPAGE
Type red wine, Halfaged
Varieties 3,40 % Tempranillo, 32,25 % Grenache, 55,90 % Merlot, 8,45 % Syrah
 
VINIFICATION AND AGEING De-stemmed grapes, fermented at a 28 ºC.
A year of ageing in tank and 3 months in an Ohio American oak barrel.
VISUAL ANALYSIS Bright, from a good vine and with a ruby red colour.
SMELL ANALYSIS Fine aroma with enough intensity. Its ageing provides slight vanilla scents and a background smell of coffee.
TASTE ANALYSIS Pleasant and of moderate acidity. Enough consistency and essences. Good balance in tannins.
Good aroma on the palate with slight flavours of the variety. After taste of medium persistence.
GASTRONOMY Delicatessen, starters, pasta, white meat, stews and young cheese.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE 12º - 14º C
