VINIFICATION AND AGEING 5-hour maceration.
Fermentation during 13 days at 14º C.
VISUAL ANALYSIS Bright, pale and with greenish yellow reflections.
SMELL ANALYSIS Intense and elegant aroma, very typical for this variety. It has slight scents of tropical fruits.
Very persistant.
TASTE ANALYSIS Pleasant and lively on the palate. Very velvety. Very good balance.
Intense aroma on the palate and long persistance.
GASTRONOMY Suitable for:
Fish starters.
Finely cooked fish in sauce.
Mushroom sauté.
Young goat cheese.
As an aperitif, gathering and meditation wine.
